6. TRUST this process.

What I Know For Sure

I know for sure, if you provide your mind with nutritious, positive thoughts your whole being WILL move towards health.

I know for sure, if you tune into your body, it WILL speak to you and let you know everything it needs.

I know for sure, if you provide your body with the nutrients it needs, it WILL function optimally.

I know for sure, it is fear and doubt that keeps us prisoners.

I know for sure, if you strength train, your muscular system WILL support your skeletal system and you WILL experience both physical and mental confidence.

I know for sure, you WILL become like those around you.  Choose wisely!

I know for sure, being fit is NOT a past time activity, it’s a lifestyle.

I know for sure, if you set goals, you are more inclined to reach them.

I know for sure, if I don’t know how, all I have t0 say is “SHOW ME” and the answers WILL present themselves.

I know for sure, if you see your dream clearly enough in your mind and you do something every day in order to bring it into reality, it is not a question of “if”, it’s just a question of “when”.
